Hair Correction

This lovely lady is from Egypt. She was evacuated to Utah while things were pretty bad over there. And boy am I glad she was!

When she came in her hair was three different colors. At the roots it is a dark brown, almost black, a couple of inches down the strand it was an orange brown and the ends were a light orange color. She told me that when you ask for blond in Egypt that is usually what you get, because they don't do a lot of blond over there I guess. Her hair was amazing. It was so soft! And even though it looks really damaged, it was in great condition. The color made it look in a lot worse shape than it actually was.
So here is the Before:

And here is the After...dun dun dun!...

It looked so pretty straight! I had fun doing this! it was my first time working with someones hair that was that curly. I've done lots of curly hair, don't get me wrong. Just none quite so curly as hers! I loved it!

Raegen

Yesterday I got to do this lovely girls hair...
(The Blond one, she and my cute sister Brooke are Best Friends)

She went from brown to blond a few weeks ago at a hair school her friend is attending. She came out very gold, instead of blond. She came and saw me and we tried to go to more of a white blonde look. The first attempt didn't turn out how I wanted it. It was lighter, but it was still too gold. It was bothering me all week so I asked her to come back and let me try somthing diferent for free. The second attempt had a great result! Ta-Da! Throwing some low lights in makes your blond look lighter and also makes blue eyes stand out! So it was a fun thing for us to do on her. There is probably more brown in it than she is used to, but it looks beautiful on her. I hope she enjoys it! Hopefully in the future we will be able to get her as platnum as she would like to be! But for now enjoy your dimension Raeg! Thanks for coming in!

I did this adorable hair cut on a very cute pregnant woman yesterday. She had a perfect face for it. HUGE EYES and tiny bone structure. She look so cute! I wish I had a picture of her...but I forgot my camera yesterday. Frowny face.
